Normally shot in the mornings and afternoon coming in to feed on ripen sunflower fields, harvested Peanut or Soya fields. Our Pigeons and Doves offer serious hot barrel shooting, with birds coming at fast pace with singles, pairs and flocks hitting the fields with regularity.
Hunts are facilitated around the Goldfields area which include Welkom, Odedalsrus Henneman, Virginia and Kroonstad, Central Free State. Alternatively, around Bloemfontein and surrounding agricultural areas, furthermore, can hunts be hosted around Norther Free state areas of Sasolburg and Bothaville and generally involves full days of amazing shooting.
A highly sought after mid-day field braai is included in the daily shoots and is these events been treasured by many of our longstanding clients and is considered the pinnacle of good memories and solid friendship’s. Our trip is designed so that once you land in Johannesburg, you have nothing to worry about apart from enjoying yourself until you depart home again!
The ultimate test for any wing shooter with the biggest variety of shooting that South Africa has to offer and will you experience shooting several species from different scenarios. These can include, flighted Pigeons and Doves, walked up Francolin, Spurfowl and Grey Partridge, Driven Guineafowl, Flighted Ducks and Geese, including the Spurwinged Goose, the biggest Goose in the world.

Trip Duration – either 5,7 or 8 Days @ 330 Euro per hunter per day shooting
A 5 Day hunt will consist of 4 Days Shooting (1320 Euro per hunter)
A 7 Day hunt will consist of 5.5 days shooting (1980 Euro per hunter)
An 8 Day hunt will consist of 6.5 days of shooting (2310 Euro per hunter)
Non hunters/observers @ 170 Euro per day

• Gun import and export administration fee of Euro70 per gun. Please note that semi-automatic shot guns are not allowed unless a special application is lodged and approved prior to arrival, this application might take up to 12 weeks in application
• Gun hire is Euro 80 per hunting day
• Any Internal flights that might be required
• Travel insurance and personal liability for shooting
• Observer/Companion @ 170 Euro per person per day
Ammunition prices are as follows:
• 12-Gauge ammunition, NO 7 ½ or 128 gram is priced at 130 Euro /slab of 250 cartridges, 13 Euro per box of 10 cartridges
• 20-Gauge ammunition is available on special request and can only be provided in minimum orders of 1000 cartridges and will the sole cost be for the client ordering
